The challenge we face in managing our projects, at Kapsalis – Engineering Company, is to ensure that each project is executed and delivered having taken into account certain defined constraints.

A project is a set of activities selected with the aim of achieving the predetermined objectives:

• Physical presence at the construction site
• Compliance with the budget of the project
• Compliance with safety & health regulations at the construction site
• Adherence to the schedule & work organization plan
• Updating of the employer via an FTP account

At Kapsalis – Engineering Company, which is based in Agrinio, we have so far implemented a large volume of high-standard building projects throughout Greece.

Always focusing on quality construction and customer service, we continue to this day our successful course, with the design and construction of private projects, the renovation of residences and professional spaces, sales and management of real estate, and engineering services.
